SHANGHAI, 19 May, 2017 -- JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. ("JinkoSolar" or the "Company"), a global leader in the photovoltaic (PV) industry, today announced that it has recently finalized agreements to sell its high efficiency modules into a group of four operating solar PV projects of 18 MW capacity in total to one of the leading solar industry EPCs and investors METKA EGN in the U.K market. All four projects have been successfully commissioned by METKA EGN before March 31, 2017 with locations at Pressock (4.27 MW), North Tenement (5 MW), High Point (3.76 MW) and Green Lane (4.24 MW) in United Kingdom. JinkoSolar’s high efficiency solar modules utilized for these projects will contribute towards green power generation and help reduce carbon footprint of the region significantly. Furthermore, the development and financing of solar PV and energy storage projects represents an important new aspect of METKA EGN’s global solution portfolio, effectively building on the strong track record as a preferred EPC contractor for major solar IPP’s.
